Subj:   Teradata SQL Assistant - Database Explorer Tree

Hi all,

I have added a database to the Explorer tree, when I trying to expand it and see the views available, I get an error message "User does not have any access to the database".

But I am able to query all the views in the database. I checked the AccessRights table and user has the read access on the database (Database level).

My questions are:

1) What additional access is needed to be able to see the views available in the database?

2) What query does the SQL Assistant fire to get the view details? (I tried enabling the access logging to see, but strangely I couldn't see any queries being captured, I may be wrong, I did not spend too much time analyzing it)

Thanks.
