Subj:   Re: Volatile table in procedure

From:   Padarthi, Hanumath

P1, VT2 and your Insert Statement all should be pointed to one Database that should have account.

Like I am Creating a procedure in MYDATABASE The Volatile table can be created in MYDATABASE and you can Insert the data into VT of MYDATABASE.

This all can be performed using MYDATABASE account. You can't do either through DBC or any account that has valid privileges to create objects in MYDATABASE.

1. Login with TESTACCOUNT USERID/PWD

2. create procedure TESTACCOUNT.testproc....

3. Create volatile table temp1 (Inside Procedure) 4. Insert into temp1 (Inside Procedure)

4. End Procedure

You always have to use TESTACCOUNT userId/PWD to execute the Procedure.

I hope this will helps you.

Regards,

Kumar
