It would appear that you have two instances of Teradata, releases 5 and 12. There are many years between them so you have to be careful not to
mix the client software from these two releases. I would suggest to remove all Teradata software from Solaris and start the installation of one of
the releases from scratch. 12 would probably be an easier option. But before you proceed check the documentation which came with the release. It
usually lists all the requirements for the server and client OS.
