Mike,

Performance Report could be pretty wide in scope.

Usually, I do the following (and yes we are CPU bound than IO which is very common)

- CPU usage by user/Account groups/Workloads by Date Range

- Top 20 CPU users by user/Account groups/Workloads by Date Range (yeah 80-20 rules work the best to fish out these trouble makers

- I check other aspects too Concurrency by various groups (users, WD, application ID) and then try to overlay w/ some AWT graphs


There are several others but I think this could be a good starting point. It is best if you have some history for your DBQL data to do some trending in CPU usage patterns.
