Hi,

I am loading a file through mload and file contain text data which is loaded into char(1000) field in a table.

The text data contain symbol £ and when it is loaded into teradata table, it is getting converted into $ symbol.

I have channel attached system with default EBCDIC character set. Table is Latin character set.

Can anyone please let me know how to avoid this conversion from £ to $.
