Is this SQL Assistant 13.0?

There was (at least) one case that would do this in the early versions of 13.0.

If you do not already have 13.0.0.5 please download and install it.

If you still see this problem when using 13.0.0.5 please open an incident with the GSC and provide as much detail as possible.
