I was wondering if I can find out the priority for a Session / User within Teradata without using the PMON.

I was trying to find the information in one of the DBC Tables / Views (e.g. dbc.sessioninfo or dbc.sessioninfoX or dbc.sessioninfoV or dbc.sessioninfoVX) but I couldn't find anything.

Hi Jvrg,

priority is determined by the accountstring and this is visible in dbc.sessioninfo.

But if the info provided by PMon is sufficient, then there's the new SQL interface in TD12. There's a MonitorSession/MonitorMySessions UDF in syslib, check the "Workload Management API" manual.
