Hi Shaun,

Try below condition to check that the issue is with NULL values or not.

     SELECT
             O.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_1,
             I.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_1

         FROM
             L_ACCOUNT O

         FULL OUTER JOIN V1_L_ACCOUNT I
             ON O.ACCOUNTNUMBER_SRC = I.ACCOUNTNUMBER_SRC

         WHERE
     ((a.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_1 <> b.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_1) OR
(a.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_1 IS NULL AND b.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_1 IS
NOT NULL) OR (a.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_1 IS NOT NULL AND
     b.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_1 IS NULL))
     OR ((a.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_2 <> b.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_2) OR
(a.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_2 IS NULL AND b.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_2 IS
NOT NULL) OR (a.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_2 IS NOT NULL AND
     b.WARNING_CODE_EXPIRATION_2 IS NULL))
