Check the option "Allow use of ODBC SQL extensions" on the Query tab. If it is checked then ODBC may change your SQL. (eg Timestamp to Char(23))

I recomment you always uncheck this option unless you specifically rely on these ODBC features. (or if you are creating stored procedures, which needs this to be checked.)
