I'm sorry guys but isn't this a case of RTFM?

A pretty basic function defined on how Teradata stores data - one of the first things taut on the course...rows are not stored in order?

I'm not saying don't reply because helping is what his forum is all about, and it does it admirably, but surely, think before you post?

I would never post a request before I had exhausted all other avenues - eg the manuals, the forum history, my colleagues etc otherwise I just see it as wasting the forums time and the time of some pretty darn good professionals who could be answering much more in depth questions.

Sorry about this but I do get a tad frustrated when I see post after post like this

If you think I am being elitist or maybe misreading things please reply and let me know - I could just be wrong.
