Any insight/help on the following is appreciated:
I'm at a site where Cognos 8.2 is soon to be rolled out to production (on a R12 system). However, during testing there are numerous IDLE and RESPONDING sessions for Cognos users; the number seems to ever be increasing. Unfortunately, I don't have many specifics, i.e., method of report invocation, how users are exiting from the report/application, etc.
