Some of the text in my submission did not copy correctly into yours, leaving invalid SQL.

In the solution at the top, I sent:

     ...
     when (100 * (curr_bal - cl_amt) / cl_amt) (named clpct)
               <= 10 then '(2)  <= 10%'
     ...

but your copy below has:

     when (100 * (curr_bal - cl_amt) / cl_amt)* (named clpct)*
               <= 10 then '(2)  <= 10%'

Please note the extra asterisks.
