Hi folks,

Whilst running the V2R6.1 Teradata demo software this afternoon my laptop froze and I had to hold the power button to shut it down.

When the PC came back up and I tried to use my Teradata system one AMP was in a Vproc state of FATAL. I have now git it back to ONLINE but the ConfigStatus field (shown in Vprocmanager) is Hold and I can't seem to change it to Online.

What do I do to change this status ? I can't find a reference to changing ConfigStatus in the manuals.

If all else fails then I'll reinstall, but I'd really like to avoid that if possible.
