All,

We are using TASM and are using Load Utility Throttles. This feature works just like DBSControl MAXLOADTASKS; it actually replaces it. Difference is limits are counted differently (read TASM documentation for specifics). Also they can be changed by time period. None of our load jobs fail. It may that we are using TENACITY in the load utilities so it keeps trying.
