You are absolutely right and the confusion is created by me: I was actually talking about the WHERE clause all the time in my posting but for
some unknown reason (probably because I was watching TV while typing the posting?) I consistently used the word WHEN instead of WHERE. I am sorry
for the confusion. I hope once the WHEN is substituted by WHERE my posting still makes sense. Thanks for the correction.
