Are you getting any rows in the error tables? That slows down throughput dramatically.

Do you have lots of NUSIs on these tables?

Have you checked for lock contention (blocking), e.g. using PMON while batch is running?

Have you checked ResUsage for CPU, memory, etc. utilization?

Is the bulk of the MLOAD time being spent in the Acquisition phase or the Apply phase?
