Could you please describe what happens when you try to paste the MVS data into SQL Assistant 7.2. ('Nothing happens', 'it pastes garbage', etc.)

I assume you are using some kind of terminal emulator on Windows that has a 'Copy' function. (MVS uses a completely different character encoding scheme that Windows but the emulator would be preforming the conversion for you.)

The new Query window is a different control than was used in versions prior to 7.2 but it should handle the clipboard in the same way.

You specifically mention 7.2.0.4.

Does this mean that 7.2 thru 7.2.0.3 work OK, or is 0.4 the only version of 7.2 you have used?

(I am asking because we did make changes in 7.2.0.4 in order to correct a problem on Windows Vista, although that should not have effected the Paste function.)
