thanks all for your replays

With now decimal(18,0) cast or with the cast by every NumValueswN I get also the invalid date error. When i exclude this columns, then i get a result. But im not sure if everything is correct. Here is the output:

I created the table and inserted the timestamps, here is the output from the select:
