Subj:   Collecting statistics and 'no confidence'

Hi,

I have two tables t1, t2 where t1 contains c1,c2,c3,..c10 and c1 is unique primary index of table t1.

t2 contains columns c1,c2,.c10 and c2 is unique primary index of table t2. I have joined these tables on c1 column that is t1.c1=t2.c1 , I have collected statistics on column c1 of table t1 and column c2 of table t2

table t1 contains 300,00 rows and t2 contains 200,000 rows ,

even after collecting the statistics on join column explain statement shows "The size of Spool 1 is estimated with no confidence to be 12,882 rows." I would like to know is there any method of collecting statistics on spool table and when Teradata shows High Confidence while joining two tables?

Regards,

Anom
