I've set up Teradata Manager as a service and initialized the dbcmngr properly making sure everything is right in the output log, but after scheduling data collection in Teradata Manager the log tables doesn't populate.

The setup script doesn't show anything weird, also I did not found any reference in the manual to know if TD Manager needs to be running along the service in order to connect and do data collection

Also when I try to connect to Dashboard, TD Manager freezes not sure if this has anything to do with the first problem.

     Teradata Manager Version 7 (Teradata Tools 8)
     TD V2R5
