Hello,

Presently I am experiencing strange issue with Teradata Manager. When I am trying to get Remote console from Teradata Manager (Administer -- > Database Console), it asks me for password and after giving password I get Remote console window. But this remote console window does not show me any "Utilities". I am getting only "Exit" under Utilities.

If I login to same database on Teradata manager using different Windows machine then it not asking me password for Database console. I am getting remote console window immediately and am able to see all Utilities. I uninstalled all TTU, Teradata Manager, removed all entries from registry and installed everything again. But problem is not resolved. This is happening only when I am trying to connect to our one of Production database. It working fine for other production and development databases.

Is there anybody who has experienced this problem? Is Teradata Manager looking into file on local machine and getting trouble to find something? Any suggestions or experiences related to this issue are WELCOME.

We are on V2R6.1 and Teradata manager 7.2.0.3.
