Subj:   ClearPeakDisk will not clear DBC peak permspace

When I execute the DBC.ClearPeakDisk macro, it does not reset the DBC user's peak permspace to zero. I have executed the macro while logged in as the DBC user and also while logged in as the SYSDBA user. Neither works. The exec statement completes "successfully", and all other users' peak permspace is reset to zero, but not the DBC user. The peak permspace value is definitely "stuck" at this highwater mark because DBC's current permspace value is always much lower than the peak value, and it has been this way for several weeks now, even after doing a tpareset. The DBS is version v2r6.0.2
