I have uploaded a revised version of my Perl module Teradata::SQL to CPAN. This module uses plain old CLI (not WinCLI). The main reason for this update, aside from a few bug fixes, was to add instructions for compiling the module under Windows. Unfortunately, I am not too familiar with Perl under Windows, so the support is incomplete; in particular, Makefile.PL does not generate a proper Makefile.

If anyone is familiar with Perl under Windows and ExtUtils::MakeMaker, and could help clean up the Windows support, I would appreciate the help. Thanks.
