SWVPD = "SoftWare Vital Product Data" is the component that includes commands like lslpp and the ODM "database".
Fileset WSNCF1AA is "WebSphere Network deployment ConFiguration" package so this message has nothing to do with Teradata.
And you didn't ask this, but you should apply current client maintenance patches (e.g. downloaded from Teradata@YourService) rather than using
the *.0.0 versions off the CD.
