SQL Assistant 'blindly' assumes that you have specified the correct data format on the Import/Export tab of the Options screen.

In this case you have presumably told it that all data values are enclosed in quotes. As a result it ignores the first and last character of each data value. (It does not check to make sure that they are indead quote characters.)

If you select 'None' instead then it will correctly load your data.
