You don't have to submit the DDL with time and Timestamp from BTEQ. Just set your ODBC up correctly to create timestamp and time fields correctly is to change the ODBC DateTime Format.

To change it Configure your ODBC connection then choose OPTIONS button on lower right. Then change the DateTime Format in Upper right corner to AAA.
