can you explain "And you can't upgrade in place from 32-bit MP-RAS to 64-bit Linux even if your current hardware is capable." with some more details.

Does this mean that you never can install Linux & TD on a 5400 System which already run MPRAS & TD? - which I wouldn't understand. Or does it mean you need to archive the whole DB. Install Linux & TD 64 bit with new file system and recover the DB from the archive - which wouldn't be a "normale" upgrade?
