This is a known problem that has appeared on this forum before.

It is fixed in 7.1.0.2 available from the patch server.

Alternatively you can fix it yourself by editing the 'winddi.def' file in the \sql sub-directory of your install directory.

Find the line that starts:

     S7=WITH U (UId) AS (SELECT DatabaseId FROM DBase

and change it to:

     S7=WITH U (UId) AS (SELECT DatabaseId FROM dbc.DBase
