I'm getting message as: "UTY8737 871 total records rejected."

Is there any way to find the reason for the rejection of records?

Try to extract more information from the FastExport logs. Sometimes errors are logged in the file specified as ERRLOG so search for ERRLOG in the FastExport script and you might find more detailed messages.
