Guys/Gals,

I don't have much (ok, any) experience with Informatica and how it submits the Teradata utilities. I have a user that is trying to run an mload from Informatica and is getting the following error:

     UTY4019 Access Module error '34' received during 'File open' operation:

         'pmUnxDskOpen: fopen error (System error message dectected:
          24)' File Name: /tmp_ifa/TgtFiles/efs_date_dim.out'.

Now, if they take the same script including the cmd line input that is used by Informatica to submit the script and run that from a normal command line the script works without error. What could be taking place within Informatica that might be causing this error? It almost looks to me like some sort of permissions issue, but without knowing what Informatica does or tries to do when it runs the script I can't be sure.

Any ideas?
