That is actually a dbs software issue -- the error means that when the dbs was requesting spool for your request, it ended up finding spool that was 'left over' from another request that wasn't properly released from the system. These issues can be difficult to investigate as the problem isn't w/ the query that you submit, but rather an unknown query that was previously submitted that left spool on the system due to the steps that the dbs took. If this is a common and/or current problem, have open up a ticket w/ NCR to investigate.
