I am looking for an equivalent functions in Teradata for these Oracle functions FIRST_VALUE and LAST_VALUE .

Try window versions of MIN and MAX. They should be the same for all "usual" purposes. However, collation and ordering in Oracle and Teradata are not always the same so advanced cases might require special caution.
