Your SQLCHECK parm is wrong for a start. This works for me:

     //PREPROC  EXEC PGM=PPBMAIN,REGION=4096K,
     //         PARM='TDPID(0),DATABASE(XXXXXXX),SQLCHECK(NOSYNTAX)'
     //STEPLIB  DD   DSN=MVS1.TDP0.LOAD,DISP=SHR
     //SYSLIB   DD   DUMMY
     //SYSPRINT DD   SYSOUT=*,DCB=(RECFM=FBA,LRECL=133,BLKSIZE=1330)
     //SYSUT1   DD   UNIT=WORK,SPACE=(CYL,(5,2)),
     //         DCB=(RECFM=FB,LRECL=80,BLKSIZE=3600)
     //SYSIN    DD   DISP=(OLD,PASS),DSN=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
     //SYSPUNCH DD   DSN=&&PSOURCE,
     //         DISP=(,PASS),UNIT=WORK,SPACE=(TRK,(10,10)),
     //         DCB=(RECFM=FB,LRECL=80,BLKSIZE=3600)
     //SYSTERM  DD   DUMMY
     //SYSABEND DD   SYSOUT=*
     //SYSUDUMP DD   SYSOUT=*
     //*
