If there is nothing in the database that you want to keep you can simply delete the database and SQL Assistant will create a new one for you next time it tries to load the history window.

If you need to keep the queries in your old database please send it to me and I will see if I can repair it.

(If you can open it with MS Access you should find that it contains a table called QTHIST. If you can view that table, you may have a different problem than a corrupted database.)
