The only thing I'd add to what Keith said is that these timestamps don't look that weird to me. If there's low DBQL logging activity for some reason, it could be that the cache which is initialized at 7:09 AM is not filled up and flushed until after 12:32 PM. And this example could represent a really short logon and query execution. There are no decimal places showing up in the timestamp seconds, which might have allowed us to see some differentiation.
