Yes.
There are two methods for rounding and the method is set in a DBSControl field (General field). The method you have is to round to the even
number when digit to the right equals 5. This prevents the bias towards rounding up.
It (the DBSControl field) can be set to round so that if the digit to the right is 5 or more (>4) round up else round down (leave the same).
(biased towards rounding up)
