I'm almost embarrassed to ask but I can't find any actual example in the manual for extending a simple PPI expression.

What I've currently got is "...PARTITION BY RANGE_N(DTE_YRWK_NR_KPN BETWEEN 200101 AND 200552 EACH 1 );"

As you can imagine, I need to extend pretty soon this before it goes bang!

Of course I could just create a new table with my new extended definition, do an Insert/Select and then just switch the tables but I'm sure that's not necessary.
