Not very efficiently.

The only ways to get a list of nodes (or AMPs etc.) are

1) via Teradata utilities (already mentioned in other posts)

2) via the Performance Monitor API
(Either directly through PM API calls using CLI
or by using the Monitor Object that comes with Teradata Manager.)

3) [using SQL] By selecting NodeId from one of the Resusage views or tables.

You must Group By the NodeId and, for efficiency, select todays date in the where clause. This should get you a list of all nodes. (Depending which table you select from you may only get OnLine nodes.)
