Subj:   Re: Is it possible to have Show/Help access to a table without having Select to the data?

Anomy.Anom,

It is my understanding that if you have any access right to a table, then you can do a show or help statement against that table. For this purpose, I've heard of folks granting their Business Analysts CheckPoint Access (or some other obscure access right) at a database level so that they can view all objects in the database.

Hope this helps,

Clay
