Hello Xinyu,

First error messages tells that while running this query Teradata DBS has been restarted manually or due to some other reason. Query may or may not have been rolled back properly. Once the DBS comes up it will try to execute the same query again.

you can find the crash dump or log file to check exact time and reason for the restart of the database.
