First of all, thank you for the quick response!!!!

I will pass the information to the GSC about the SATTC parameter as I have an incident open on this issue.

I'll try to answer all the questions.

STATS: Every conceivable column in each table (that does not generate an error in the STATS Wizard) has stats collected. Specially the ITEM ID.

SATTC: I looked in the DBS Control utility in the Remote Console and was not able to find a SATTC parameter in any of the sections (i.e., General, Internal, etc).

If you know how to view it, please let me know.

SQL: Generated by an MSI engine as we run a data warehouse with promptable reports across multiple dimensions.

I have little control over how MSI is architected to generate SQL

We are model driven, so manually modifying SQL to hint the optimizer is out of the question.
