Deriving transitive closure conditions is independent of stats collection in the optimizer. Check the explain (the one before adding the extra
conditions) if the new derived conditions are missing (obviously, it should). Just wanted to make sure if optimizer is missing a good plan, even
if the conditions are derived internally.
