  Please advice if this is the correct version of JDBC driver for Multi Language support. or I have to change JDBC URL string.  


I think this version of the driver would require V2R5.1 to work as described. Also, I am not sure about the "jdbc:" syntax you are using. Perhaps it invokes the type 3 driver? The latter cannot provide many features of the type 4 one.

You could play with the syntax and different CHARSETs (I assume the above values are just given as descriptions and you are using the real values in your tests?) to see how far you can go with this combination of the driver and the DB. The easier path is to get the combination as per the driver user guide, with the latest patches installed.
