The error message is probably indicating that an end of file (EOF) was encountered before the last record was fully read.

Do you have a new line on the last record to match the NEWLINECHAR field?

Since this looks like an experiment, I would suggest trying to load a file with just one record in it. If you have any column alignment problems, it will be much easier to track down with just the one record.

Once you get one record working, use the full file.
