Subj:   CRM Screen refresh/focus question

I am seeing a problem since upgrading to TCRM 5.0 ad I am wondering if anyone else has seen this.

When you submit a request (such as copy & paste a communication) a message box displays saying "Performing Database Updates" and there are 2 arrows spinning in a circle.

Normally, when it is finished, this message box disappears, and the TCRM window gains focus.

On occassion, I find that the message box remains on my screen indefinitely, even when the request is complete. Typically, my cursor has changed from an hourglass to an arrow, and I can click on the window pane (edge) of the TCRM window to bring it to the front and have it gain focus. On a rare occassion, the TCRM window may have been minimized and I am unable to cause it to regain focus.

Please send me any suggestions or experiences you have have regarding this.
