Glenn,

We have been using DBQL for about 6 months now. We have never experienced any restarts related to DBQL. We are at 05.01.01.09 We run show procedures at various times.

We have used TTU 7.1 ad TTU 8.0 with this version.

Make sure all your users are using current software versions.

Only problems we have experienced are with some join indexes and Visual explain. These errors are fixed in 5.1.1.13 and were not show steppers. We have only had two unplanned restarts in 4.5 months. These was caused by people using older version of connection software. Total unplanned outage time for us in this time was 10 minutes.
