that depends on how the load is performed. While MultiLoad can't load a table with JOIN INDEXES, TPump can. According to the documentation in the relevant manuals, UPSERTS are not supported with JOIN INDEXES present. FASTLOADS to a staging table and insert/selects into the target tables are permitted with JOIN INDEXES.
