This problem should only exist in Release 6.0 of SQL Assistant.

In 6.1 I changed it so that

a) It only pastes standard text - no tables, font attributes, etc.

b) just in case you somehow get around a) there is a 'Reset Query' menu that will remove protection, bullets, etc.

I would suggest that you upgrade to release 6.1, 6.2 or 7.0.
