Does problem occur if you serialize the FastLoads .. run one-at-a-time instead of multiple in parallel?

Does problem occur if you load from a file instead of from SQL Server .. seem unlikely problem has anything to do with source of data?

Suggestion is to open GSC incident to have problem resolved.
