Well, what I meant to say is that all 239 rules (239 users) look the same as the one example I sent you...

New info: This should indicate that the problem is not a flushing issue...

User y ran a query at 12:52 pm (accesslog) and did not show up (get logged) in QRYLog.

Then User y ran the exact same query with a minor constraint ('and' clause) change at 1:46 pm (assesslog) and the query IS captured in QRYLog!

This gets more confusing the more I investigate...
